Go-to-market strategy and positioning for B2B SaaS companies building in competitive categories, from product requirements through launch and revenue.

Building Systems with AI

AI has been a useful tool. Building systems around it is what actually changes what one person can own.

As a Sr. PMM I've used it to run competitive intelligence, personalize outbound at scale, and keep content moving without a full team. The part that matters is what happens after the first build: a system checking Gong calls for competitor mentions, sorting SDR emails by ICP fit, filling content gaps as they open up, running without me each time.

Behind the Work

I've spent the last decade in product marketing at B2B SaaS startups, usually as the first or only senior PMM. The work I find most interesting sits at the edges of the function: getting upstream enough to shape what gets built, translating technical capabilities into narratives that actually land with buyers, and building systems that keep producing after I've moved on to something else.

Most of my experience has been in competitive categories where the differentiation isn't given and the GTM motion has to be constructed rather than inherited.
