‘How it Works’ for Digital Mailroom

Developed a 'How it Works' video for Exela Technologies' pivot to a SaaS Digital Mailroom, focusing on transparency, efficiency, and security to retain and attract enterprise customers.


  • Exela Technologies had recently pivoted it’s Digital Mailroom from being a service to a fully online SaaS solution. We needed to both retain and attract new enterprise customers while highlighting how the solution worked.

  • As a product marketer, I knew enterprise prospects value transparency and trust. For that reason, I decided to create a “How it Works” video that highlights the features, benefits, and security aspects of the solution.

  • For this video, I decided to keep the narrative at a high-level that still explains step-by-step how the service works. I took extra care to highlight the benefits and use cases for enterprise prospects, with an emphasis on efficiency and security.
