Repositioning a Service for Exela

Created a targeted video campaign for Exela Technologies' Digital Mailroom, repositioning it as a business continuity solution during the pandemic, with messaging focused on operational continuity, security, and customer service.


  • When the pandemic struck in early 2020, we quickly realized Exela Technologies could reposition their Digital Mailroom service as a business continuity solution. By allowing businesses to outsource their mailroom options with a digital service, they could keep their operations running while adhering to local stay-at-home ordinances.

  • We quickly needed produce messaging that showed how the Digital Mailroom could be leveraged with this new use case. As part of a broader campaign launch that included a dedicated landing page and outbound messaging, I created this video that could be used on social, web, and as part of sales outreach.

  • For this video I drafted the narrative copy that spoke to our target audiences key problem, added a step-by-step overview to help explain how the service works, and included relevant security and customer service features that would build trust and compel watchers to move forward with our call-to-action.
